The systematic design and guiding principles of the ISR Matrix
are to Intercept, Stabilize
and Resolve conflicts as they arise and permit
ISR trained personnel to meet and overcome their unique and always
variable circumstances with common strategic objectives and integrated
means to resolution.
“Self-Defense is about well thought out planning, preparation
and training whereas conflict resolution is about all going in…as
it is and as you are.”
These systematic principles and design are structured around
four universal pillars or precepts.
1.)
Function dictates form.
2.) Circumstances dictate tactics.
3.) Pressure equates to territory entered, gained, and secured.
4.) Pressure begins, escalates, and de-escalates in direct proportion
to or as presence and verbalization fails.
These founding pillars and precepts are then weaved seamlessly
throughout its living core via two parallel and complimentary
running streams of approaches.
1.) Strategic Point Of View
2.) Trained Course of Action
This core is then presented and integrated throughout its three
types of training modalities.
1.) Reflexive – Response as or by reaction.
2.) Conditioned - Response as or by acclimation.
3.) Created – Response as or by familiarity.
These training modalities are readily available and forged through
its three aspects of function and performance.
1.) Field of operation (s).
2.) Operation / working platform (s).
3.) Delivery system (s).
In action as it’s tempered, its three phase force continuum
is then monitored and functions as its moral, legal, and ethical
measure of conduct and applicability per circumstance.
1.) Presence - (A probe.) Verbal and command oriented.
2.) Predicament – (A challenge.) Tactical & Objective
oriented.
3.) Peril – ( A threat.) Self- Defense and Survival Oriented.
