Function, performance, and reliability are integral to all things ISR LE and we are resolved to insure and consistently present such levels of response-ability starting at square one with our First Tier of Instructors and on through to our Field Trainers and Regional Directors. With function, performance, and reliability as a guiding protocol and measure of success, our foundation’s merit and worth to the Law Enforcement Community is always tested, maintained, and proven safe and efficient through the direct capabilities of our training groups, training representatives and active cadets in the field.

We at ISR LE therefore place the utmost emphasis on training and maintaining the highest standards available both in our training methodology and with our enduring requirements, yearly reviews and continued personal development.

Any peace officer wishing to become lasting part of our organization must make the personal commitment in regards to our mission statement and the organization’s core principles and resolve to stay the course and last the mission. Integrity, Service, and Response-ability are the ethical foundations of the ISR LE and this scope of vision, passion to endure its challenges, and ability to assure its development are paramount to our intentions and goals.

Candidates that graduate our First Tier Instructors Course become representatives within their own departments and also by starting training /study groups for LE in neighboring gyms and appropriate training facilities in their immediate area. In this simple and proven fashion, the ISR has and continues to grow exponentially and we slowly but surely become more accessible to individual officers and leading departments world wide.

From our headquarters, second Tier Instructors and senior staff of Trainers then work alongside these first lines of the ISR and assure standards are maintained and developed further in standing with our guiding principles, training curriculum and governing philosophies.

In such a manner, only serving Instructors are required to continue their training and by such a strategy, no requirements outside of their very own ISR LE training and development are necessary or asked of. In other words, the ISR LE is, has been, and continues to be about training officers in the most functional, capable, and inclusive manner available anywhere. As each of its individual parts develops, new ones are introduced, and as its governing core so strengthens, it as a whole benefits and empowers law enforcement to a greater degree and to a wider audience.
